Please complete this form for Baptism Class Registration. Classes are held on the third Sunday of every month at 12:30PM. The class will meet in the Atrium on most of our Baptism Class dates. You will receive an email from Patty the week prior to class to confirm location.

Once this form is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with a copy of the form.
